Vintage Wholesale Supply is operated under the ownership and management of Wing 999, a major vintage clothing supplier with warehouses in Pakistan, Thailand, Cambodia, the Netherlands, and the UK.

We operate on an in-stock only model, all items listed on our website are available and ready to ship.

Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-10 working days of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate and does not include weekends or public holidays. Dispatch times may vary during busy periods or national holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the products ordered and delivery destination. We offer free shipping in the UK. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of ordering. This includes house or flat number, street name, city, country, and postal code. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Orders placed with incomplete or inaccurate shipping information may be cancelled.

Tracking
All orders are shipped via DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking will be provided immediately. Customers can also access their order status and tracking via their account on our website/mobile app.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK – Next working day
  • Europe – Up to 5 working days 
  • Rest of World – Up to 10 working days

Any international orders placed on or after 29th January 2026, including EU orders, will no longer include duty-paid (DDP) shipping. Customers are now responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply when their order enters their country. These charges are outside of our control, and we cannot accept responsibility for them.

EU-registered businesses with a valid VAT number may be able to reclaim VAT on imported goods in accordance with local tax rules. Customs duties may also be reclaimable in certain cases, depending on local regulations. Vintage Wholesale Supply does not provide tax advice, and we cannot guarantee that VAT or customs duties will be reclaimable. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local tax laws, and any reclaim of VAT or customs duties is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

By placing an order, you agree to cover any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

Customs policies vary by country. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

If customs duties, import taxes, or other charges are not promptly paid or cleared, estimated delivery times after dispatch may be affected, and delivery could be delayed if customs requirements are not met.

We're a VAT registered company based in the UK, and by law, we're required to charge 20% VAT tax on any orders from the UK.
