Toimituspolitiikka

Here at VWS, we adhere to a pre-order sales model. This enables customers to reserve products that we anticipate receiving in the upcoming month's containers. We strive to process and dispatch all orders within the specified shipping times as outlined in the product description on each product page. However, please be aware that the dates we provide for dispatch may be subject to delays if we encounter unforeseen issues with our containers, particularly due to events in the Red Sea. Please note that the shipping times presented during the checkout process refer to the transit time once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, and they are separate from the shipping times provided in the product description.

For UK orders, we provide free fully trackable DPD or UPS delivery, with dispatch occurring within the shipping times indicated in the product description.

 

For EU orders, we offer fully trackable delivery through your country's local courier.

 

For orders outside the UK/EU, we provide fully trackable delivery via UPS, with dispatch within the shipping times specified in the product description.

 

Ennakkotilausten arvioidut toimituspäivät ovat seuraavat:

  • Our first August pre-order: Orders placed between 23rd Aug-30th Sep estimated dispatch date of 10th-20th October.
  • Our first October pre-order: Orders placed between 1st Oct-17th Oct estimated dispatch date of 5th-10th November.
  • Our second October pre-order: Orders placed between 18th Oct-6th Nov estimated dispatch date of 25th-30th November.
  • Our first November pre-order: Orders placed between 7th Nov-13th Nov estimated dispatch date of 1st-10th January.
  • Our second November pre-order: Orders placed between 14th Nov-20th Nov estimated dispatch date of 10th-20th January.
  • Our third November pre-order (Black Friday): Orders placed between 21st Nov-11th Dec estimated dispatch date of 20th-31st January.
  • Our first December pre-order: Orders placed between 12th Dec-9th Jan estimated dispatch date of 14th-28th February.
  • Our first January pre-order: Orders placed between 10th Jan-23rd Jan estimated dispatch date of 1st-14th March.
  • Our second January pre-order: Orders placed between 24th Jan-13th Feb estimated dispatch date of 15th-31st March.
  • Our first February pre-order: Orders placed between 14th Feb-25th Feb estimated dispatch date of 15th-30th April.
  • Our second February pre-order: Orders placed between 26th Feb-13th Mar estimated dispatch date of 1st-15th May.
  • Our first March pre-order: Orders placed between 14th Mar-15 Apr estimated dispatch date of 16th-31st May.
  • Our first April pre-order: Currently, orders from 16th April estimated dispatch date of 16th-30th June.

Valituille EU-maille ilmoitamme, että 15. helmikuuta 2024 alkavista lähetyksistä alkaen ei tarvitse maksaa tulleja tai tuontiveroja. Katso yllä olevasta taulukosta, mitkä maat on vapautettu näistä maksuista.

 

On kuitenkin tärkeää huomioida, että joissakin maissa tuontitullit saattavat edelleen periä maksuja, kun tuotteet saapuvat maahasi. Valitettavasti emme voi estää tai ottaa vastuuta näistä maksuista. Koska tullikäytännöt vaihtelevat maittain, suosittelemme vahvasti, että tarkistat asian paikalliselta rajavartiolaitokselta ennen ostoksen tekemistä mahdollisten maksujen ennakoimiseksi. Jos näitä maksuja ei makseta, paketti voidaan palauttaa meille, ja varaamme oikeuden pidättää hyvityslaskun, jos näitä maksuja ei makseta.

 

Olemme arvonlisäverovelvollinen yritys, jonka kotipaikka on Yhdistyneessä kuningaskunnassa, ja lain mukaan meidän on perittävä 20 % arvonlisävero kaikista Yhdistyneestä kuningaskunnasta tulevista tilauksista.
